混凝土外加剂相关标准在检测部门的应用中存在的问题及建议

The Existing Problems in the Applications of Inspection Area About Criterion of Concrete Admixture and Suggestions

混凝土外加剂在出厂和工地应用前的试验是保证工程质量的一个极其重要的环节,本文主要阐述了混凝土外加剂相关标准在我们检测试验部门应用过程中发现的三个方面的问题,即:1)系列配套标准(GB/T8076《混凝土外加剂》(技术标准及部分性能试验);GB/T8077《混凝土外加剂均质性试验方法》;GB 50119《混凝土外加剂应用技术规范》)更新不同步;2)部分标准对人体产生危害、对环境产生污染的外加剂检测项目考虑不周;3)对水泥及其用量的影响因素考虑单一。同时就这三个方面的问题提出相应的建议。

The test of concrete admixture before leave factory and application in the site is the important step in guarantee the engineering quality.The paper manly discussed three problems during application of concrete admixture criterion in the test area,that is 1）serial set of criterion of ＂concrete admixtures＂（GB/T8076）（technical criterion and part performance testing）;＂methods for testing uniformity of concrete admixture＂（GB/50119）un-synchronization renews;2）not regard the health harmful and environmental contaminative in the agent test of national criterion;3）the consideration is singular for cement quantity and affects.The suggestion about three problems above was proposed.
