摘要
本文研究热像仪设备、检测人员、天气环境、拍摄距离、拍摄倾角、缺陷程度等主要参数的改变,对检测质量可靠性的影响。利用实例采集的检测数据,进行检测结果比对,分析红外热像法检测外墙饰面空鼓缺陷时质量的可靠性。根据统计结果归纳出提高检测结果可靠性的方法结论。
This paper discusses the test result reliability influenced by the change of parameters of thermal imaging equipment,tester,weather,photographic distances,shooting angle,defect degree and so on.Based on the tested data,compared the inspected results,analyze the reliability of result when using infrared thermal-imaging method to detect the hollowing of finish coat.Sum up the conclusion and measures for improving the reliability of testing according to the statistic results.
