消费转型不仅是经济政策调整的问题，需要大面积制度性改革才能取得根本性推进。

The Chinese short-term economy is still slowing down.China should find out new boosts for its economic growth.The Chinese economy has kept growing fast in the past three decades,but its consumption has lagged.The proportion of consumption in its massive GDP is less than that of developed economies,and even lower than the global average.It was the overseas demand that has sustained the country's rapidly growing productivity.Now this pattern has proved to be instable.The reliance on overseas market has increased the fluctuation of Chinese economy.China will have to transform its consumption to change the situation.This will depend on some changes.China will need to heighten the residents' property incomes and increase their physical assets.It should decrease the wealth gap between the rich and the poor to enlarge its middle class,which is the main boost of the consumption market.To do these,China should improve the market and structure of its financial system,and refine its economic system.This will rely not only on the adjustment of economic policies but on the largescale structural reform.
