摘要
目的:对鄂西北地区不同品种、不同生长条件柴胡进行鉴别和质量评价。方法:利用泡沫反应和薄层色谱法鉴别不同品种的柴胡;通过测定柴胡中挥发油含量、醇溶性浸出物的含量以及测定柴胡中总灰分和酸不溶性灰分综合进行柴胡质量评价。结果:可见光和紫外光下的薄层色谱图显示,不同品种、不同生长条件的柴胡与对照药材、柴胡皂苷对照品相对应的位置显示相同颜色的斑点;柴胡质量综合评价结果显示,河南产竹叶柴胡质量较好,其次分别为湖北保康、房县竹叶柴胡、湖北产三岛柴胡、湖北神农架竹叶柴胡、山西产北柴胡。结论:TLC法可以鉴别柴胡,但不能有效区分不同品种的柴胡;不同品种以及相同品种不同生长条件的柴胡质量有明显差异,同一区域柴胡种植品优于野生品,适于开展规范化种植。
Objective: To identify different varieties of Bupleurum under various growth conditions in northwest Hubei and evaluate the quality.Method: Foam reaction and TLC were used to identify the different species of Bupleurum.The quality was determined using the content of volatile oil,alcohol-soluble extract,total ash and acid-insoluble ash as the indices.Result: TLC in visible light and ultraviolet light both showed that at the same position,different varieties of Bupleurum under various growth conditions all exhibited a spot with the same color when compared with reference crude herb and saikosaponin.The results of quality evaluation showed that Bupleurum from Henan was the best followed by that from Hubei,and that from Shanxi was the worst.Conclusion: TLC can be used to identify Bupleurum,however,it can't distinguish different species.Species and growth conditions show notable effects on the quality of Bupleurum,and the quality of the planted is better than the wild,suggesting it is good for Bupleurum to be planted according to the requirements in GAP.
