摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定元胡止痛颗粒中欧前胡素含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Cosmosil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(47∶53),检测波长:300 nm,柱温:35℃。结果:欧前胡素进样量在0.217 9～2.179 2μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均回收率为99.1%,RSD为2.58%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,灵敏度高,重复性好,可用于元胡止痛颗粒中欧前胡素的含量测定。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of imperatorin in Yuanhu Zhitong granules.Method： A Cosmosil C18 column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-double distilled water（47∶ 53）with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 300 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.Result： Imperatorin had a good linear relationship within the range of 0.217 9-2.179 2 μg（r=0.999）.The average recovery was 99.1%（RSD=2.58%,n=6）.Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate with high sensitivity and good repeatability.It can be used to determine the content of imperatorin inYuanhu Zhitong granules.
