HPLC法测定清开灵软胶囊中栀子苷的含量

Determination of Geniposide in Qingkailing Soft Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立清开灵软胶囊中栀子苷含量测定方法。方法:采用资生堂CAPCELL MGⅡ色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水(9∶91);检测波长为240 nm;流速为1.0 ml·min-1;柱温为25℃。结果:栀子苷在0.023～2.300μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率101.0%,RSD=1.5%(n=9)。结论:方法简便、重复性好、结果准确可靠。

Objective： To established an HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Qingkailing soft capsules.Method： A Shiseido CAPCELL MGⅡ column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） was eluted by a mixture of acetonitrile and water（9∶ 91） at the flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 240 nm and the column temperature was 25℃.Result： The linear range was 0.023-2.300 μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 101.0% and RSD was 1.5%（n=9）.Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used in the quality control of geniposide in Qingkailing soft capsules.
