摘要
目的本研究通过对听障儿童个案实施听觉口语法康复训练,旨在探讨听觉口语法对低龄听障儿童听能发展的效果。方法对1名听障儿童实施听觉口语法早期康复课程,分别从听能、言语、语言、认知.沟通五大领域进行分析。结果个案从研究初期对声音没有反应到训练后能够正常与人沟通,与同龄儿童一起学习、生活和游戏,基本达到了阶段性康复目标。结论听障儿童的语言能力落后于听觉识别能力,在早期康复训练中要充分利用其听能,用听带动说,以增强其言语听觉能力,提高五大领域的训练效果。
objective This paper presented a case study of a hearing-impaired child treated with auditory-verbal therapy to explore the effectiveness of Auditory-Verbal Therapy(AVT) in the auditory development of young hearing-impaired children. Methods A hearing-impaired child received the early rehabilitation courses of auditory-verbal therapy including the training of hearing, language, cognition, speech and communication. Results Before the training, the child could not respond effectively to the sounds and communicate with other people. After being treated with the rehabilitation program, the child could study and play with her counterparts and almost reached the rehabilitation objective at that stage. Conclusion The language abilities of hearing-impaired children lag behind their auditory recognition abilities. During the early rehabilitation training, the auditory abilities of these children should be fully used in order to strengthen their auditory-verbal abilities and improve the training outcome.
