环境锰暴露对妊娠结局及后代发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 锰是人体正常代谢所必需的一种微量元素,同时也是一种重要的环境污染物,机体缺锰和过量锰都会对健康产生严重损害。关于锰接触对妊娠结局及其后代发育影响的研究主要集中在职业接触人群,非职业接触人群生活环境中锰暴露的研究报道较少。本文将从人群流行病学研究出发,对锰与不良妊娠结局(流产、死胎死产、出生缺陷、低出生体重)及后代发育(生长发育和智力发育)的关系进行综述,并对锰导致不良妊娠结局的可能机制进行回顾,为探讨锰的生殖毒性及其致病机制和预防措施提供参考。
