The implementing in a deep-going way of the states micro-administration policy and the industrial upgrading of the developed eastern regions pushes forward the process of undertaking industrial transfer in all regions.Owing to their geographic position,the eastern areas of Guangxi have the foremost advantages.This paper makes a study on the problems and proposes some suggestions and measures for these regions on how to undertake the industrial transfer from developed areas.
