本科人才培养方案修订应以学生为本

On the Student-oriented Talent Training Scheme in Universities

近些年我国高校人才培养方案的改革颇具成效,但还需在实践中不断充实和完善。只有将以"学生为本"的教育教学理念落实到人才培养方案中,才能制定高水平的人才培养方案,并在实践中顺利实施。本文从人才培养方案的目标定位、课程设置、教学计划以及新旧培养方案的过渡等方面阐述了如何以学生为本来考虑和修订本科人才培养方案,以培养更适应社会需要的高质量人才。

In recent years,great effectiveness has been made in the reform of the talent training scheme in universities,but it should be gradually improved in practice.In order to make out talent training scheme in high level,the teaching concept of student-oriented needs to be put into the practical teaching.From the viewpoints of object location,curriculum,teaching program and the transition of the new and old schemes,this paper discusses how to revise the student-oriented talent training scheme in universities to train high quality talents to adapt to the needs of the society.
