高职院校贫困生的心理问题现状及对策

The Situation and Countermeasures of Poor Student's Mental Problems in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校对贫困生进行心理健康教育有助于促进贫困生的人格发展,有助于构建和谐的校园环境。本文列举了当前高职院校贫困生心理问题的普遍表现,并分析了形成心理问题的成因和解决对策。

In higher vocational colleges,psychological education to the poor students is helpful to promote their personality development and construct harmonious campus environment.The typical mental problems of the poor students are massive inferiority mentality,confused mood,sensitive interpersonal relationship,intense employment competition and so on.Aiming at the reasons,some suggestions are presented in this article,such as enhancing group psychological guidance,helping the poor students to keep good mood,improving supporting mechanism,solving the mental problems,constructing harmonious campus,and creating excellent developing environment.
