摘要
绩效考评是管理的核心,如何有针对性地选择考评方法至为重要。本文结合高校实际,阐述了目标管理等高校中常用的考评方法,并对采用的原因及效率进行剖析,以期对高校绩效考评有所参考。
Performance appraisal is the core of management,how to pertinently choose assessment methods is the most important.This thesis discusses target management,analyzes the appraisal methods used in colleges,and the reasons and efficiency,in order that colleges can take reference for performance appraisal.
