优化知识与技能结构,大力培养物流类实用性复合型人才

On the Structural Improvement of Knowledge and Skills and the Training of Logistics Inter-disciplinary Talents

物流产业涉及面很广,牵涉到多个专业领域,物流管理专业群需要掌握多方面的相关知识和技能,本文从物流类"实用性复合型人才"的提出、内涵与外延,我院物流管理专业群复合型人才培养的现状,物流管理专业群复合型人才培养模式研究和实践的进一步探索,围绕专业优化知识与技能结构,大力培养物流类实用性复合型人才,对物流管理专业群复合型人才培养模式的研究和实践进行了初步的总结。

Logistics industry involves in many professional fields,and students in professional group of logistics management need to master knowledge and skills in many aspects.From the concept presenting of logistics inter-disciplinary talent,and the situation and mode of logistics talent training in Guangxi Vocational and Technical College,this article makes a summary to the research and practice and shows that we need to improve the structure of specialty knowledge and skills so as to train more and more logistics inter-disciplinary talents.
