Nowadays,China＇s ＂ Labor shortage ＂ coexists with labor surplus,which reflects many deeper problems existing in economic and social life.It indicates that the era of the old economic growth mode based on lesser rights and cheap labor will come to an end.We need to speed up the transformation of development mode and follow the path of sustainable development.
