高职计算机应用技术专业项目教学人才培养模式探索与实践

Research and Practice on the Talents Training Mode for the Specialtyof Computer Technology Application in Higher Vocational Colleges

在国家示范院校建设中,对计算机应用技术专业的分阶段技能递进式项目教学人才培养模式进行了探索,即在高职学生的三年学习期间,将教学时间分为三个阶段,第1至2学期着重培养学生的专业基本技能,第3至4学期培养学生的企业项目开发能力,第5至6学期提升学生的项目综合实践能力和岗位技能,并开发出学习评价方案,同时加强校企合作和实训基地建设,以及学生顶岗实习教学管理,人才培养模式改革取得一定成效。

In the construction of national demonstration college,Nanning College for Vocational Technology makes research on the Talents Training Mode with progressive skills for the Specialty of Computer Technology Application,that is,the three-year learning period is divided into three stages.To develop the students＇ basic professional skills is the main task during the first and second semesters.To train the students＇ project development ability is focused on during the three and fourth semesters.To increase the students＇ project comprehensive practice skills is the top work during the fifth and sixth semesters,so as to make progress in the reform of the talent training mode.
