Analysis of Misconduct Byline in Scientific Papers

本文针对我国科技论文出现的多种不端署名问题,将其归纳为主动和被动两类,深入剖析问题的实质,认为这是学术界的"拿来主义",是学术道德问题,同时也是我国各类考评政策下衍生的扭曲现象。最后针对科技期刊编辑部提出了避免不端署名的建议。科技期刊编辑部有责任和义务宣传、维护作者的正当署名权,进而净化学术环境,充分体现科技期刊的社会价值。

This article analyzes some problems of misconduct byline in scientific papers,classified them into active and passive misconduct bylines,and discusses the essence of the problems.Misconduct byline is the copycat in academic circles,academic moral problem,and the distortion derived under all kinds of evaluation policies in China.Some suggestions are presented to avoid misconduct bylines,so as to protect the author＇s right of authorship,purify the academic environment and reflect the social value of scientific journals.
