摘要
监察制度是我国古代社会政治的核心内容,在澄清吏治、维护政治的稳定性方面发挥了重要的作用。西夏的监察制度是在中国监察制度日趋完善、严密的大背景下形成的,在一些制度方面体现出了本民族的特点。本文试就西夏的中央、地方监察机构的设置及其职能作用等进行初步的探讨。
Being the nucleus content of ancient society politics in China, the perfect and tightsupervisory system has taken an important effect in clearing the administration and safeguardingthe stability of politics. Under the big back- ground, the supervisory system of Xixia Dynasty wasbuih and had the national characteristic. The present paper makes a preliminary study on thefunetion and the effect of the supervisory system of Xixia Dynasty from center to local.
