提高民办高校学生党支部组织生活实效研究

The Study of the Effectiveness of Student Committee Organization’s Life at Private HEIs

民办高校学生党支部是高校学生工作的重要组成部分,是学生思想政治工作的战斗堡垒。其组织生活质量的好坏直接影响到党在学生中的形象。本文分析了民办高校学生支部组织生活质量普遍不高的主要原因,提出了加强学生党支部书记的培养,丰富学生党支部组织活动的内容,加强对学生党员的教育管理,加强协作交流等相应的对策。

The Student Party Committee at private higher education institutions is one of the main components of student work at HEIs and it is also the fighting fortress of students’ ideological and political work. The quality of the organization activities directly influences the Party＇s image among students. This paper analyses the main reasons why the quality of student committee organization activities are generally low at private HEIs. It also suggests that the cultivation of students’ Party branch secretaries be strengthened, the content of the Party branch activities be enriched, and student Party members’ education and management be enhanced, and collaboration and cooperation should be reinforced.
