摘要
A total of 273 serum samples were collected from 10 layer breeding farms in Guizhou Province and detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The positive rate of antibodies against avian leukosis virus reached 14.64%. Then the samples from cases of hemangioma in one of the 10 breeding farms were detected by polymerase chain reaction, and the diagnosis indicated that the hemangioma was caused by avian leukosis virus subgroup A.
