关于民办高校落实《国家教育规划纲要》的若干思考

On the Implementation of The National Program of Action for Education in China for Private Higher Education Institutions

《国家教育规划纲要》对民办教育的定位及发展民办教育的措施具有重大意义;各级管理部门需先行落实《教育规划纲要》,需下大力气来清理并纠正对民办学校的各类歧视政策,鼓励支持民办教育的发展;民办高校自身落实《教育规划纲要》需提高教育教学质量,创新人才培养模式,提高管理水平,实现管理科学化,搞好师资队伍建设。

The National Program of Action for Education in China is of great significance for the development of Chinese private education. Management departments at all levels should actively implement the Program,and try to eliminate inequalities and discriminatory policies in the development of private education in China. Great efforts should be taken to encourage and support the development of Chinese private education. During implementing the Program,private higher education institutions need to improve teaching quality,innovative model for talents cultivation,try to achieve scientific management and enhance the construction of teaching faculty members.
