对三本院校法学教育定位的探索

Research on the Orientation of Legal Education in Independent Colleges

法学教育定位有三种模式:精英式、职业式、复合式。三本院校应定位于复合式:这是三本院校特点决定的。因此,在教学上应采用法律诊所、法庭模拟、案例分析等实践教学为主、理论教学为"够用、会用"的新思路。

There are three modes of legal education orientation：elite,professional,and combined type. Independent college should take the combined type, which is decided by its characteristics. Therefore, independent college should develop a new teaching idea to use law clinic,moot court and cases study in classroom,and follow the principle of＂sufficiency and capability＂in theory teaching.
