劳动力市场分割理论:对大学生自愿性失业的一个解释

Analysis of the University Students'Voluntary Unemployment Based on Segmental Theory of Labor Market

从我国经济社会的发展看,大学生就业还有较大空间,但同时也存在着较大比例的大学生自愿性失业,本文认为这是我国劳动力市场分割情况下大学生就业的理性选择。解决该问题的对策在于找到劳动力市场分割的制度性因素,加强劳动力市场建设,发挥市场调控作用。

Employment opportunities are still available to the graduates according to the development of economy and society in our country,while a large part of graduates prefer the voluntary unemployment.This article states that it is rational for the graduates to prefer this choice under segmented labor market,and the solution to the problem is that some institutional factors resulted in segmented labor market should be looked into,and improvement of labor market,the role of adjustment to the market also should be made.
