高校的根本任务是培养德、智、体全面发展的有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。学生管理工作是实现这一目标的重要保证。要做好学生管理工作,不仅需要一支高素质的专职政工队伍,还需要建设一支优秀的学生干部队伍,特别是在高校扩招以后,在校生人数急剧增加,学生干部成为学生管理工作中一支不可缺少的重要力量。因此,我们必须针对当前形势下的高校学生干部工作进行调查分析,有目的地加强学生干部队伍的培养和建设。

Student management plays an important role in higher education,which not only requires highly-qualified teaching and administrative staff,also excellent student leaders.This article analyses the situation of the cultivation of student leaders in universities and puts forward solutions to this problem.
