摘要
本文探讨了检察机关在查办职务犯罪中存在的困难、原因,提出了解决这些困难的对策。
This paper discusses on the existing difficulties and reasons for the investigation and dealing with accordingly in the procuratorial organs,and puts forward some countermeasures to overcome the difficulties.
