摘要
企业是高职毕业生走向社会的落脚点。如何实现毕业生从学生角色向员工角色顺利转变?本文试图从企业文化对人才的需求角度出发,对班级管理中渗透企业文化的切入点和着力点,使学生走上岗位后能迅速融入企业。
Enterprise is the destination for the graduates from higher vocational colleges to go to the society. How do the graduates change their roles from students to employees smoothly? This article tries to start with analyzing the needs for qualified personnel of enterprise culture,then suggests that,enterprise culture should be permeated into the class management so that the graduates can blend into the enterprise quickly after graduation.
