Design of Automatic Batching Control System Based on DDE

自动配料监控系统开发设计中,利用动态数据交换(DDE)技术实现InTouch对生产现场的数据采集传递,同时完成VB与InTouch之间的数据交互,以弥补InTouch在复杂控制算法及数据处理上的不足,并给出了具体配置过程。该方案简单实用,在实际应用中取得满意效果,对开发其它上位机监控系统动态数据的传输获得有一定参考价值。

In design of automatic batching control system,dynamic data exchange（DDE）technology in Windows is introduced to implement data collection and delivery by InTouch and data exchange between InTouch and VB,which can remedy shortcomings in control algorithm and data processing,and the configuration process is presented.The design has a simple hardware structure and is practicable in full compliance with requirements of production,which has also a reference value to the realization of communication between computer and PLC in other supervisor system.
