高等职业教育工学结合人才培养模式探讨

On Talents Cultivating Mode Based on Working-Learning Combination in Higher Vocational Education

目前高职毕业生与企业需求的矛盾日益突出,一方面毕业生"就业难",另一方面企业"技工荒"。造成这一状况的原因是多方面的,但直接体现出目前人才培养模式的困境。传统的职业教育培养模式已不能适应社会经济发展,工学结合作为职业教育发展模式变革的必然选择,突出培养和提升学生的职业能力,强化实践教学,在一定程度上缓解了人才输出与人才需求的矛盾。

This paper explains that the situation of talents cultivating mode in higher vocational colleges has not met with the need for social development and modern vocational education,and analyzes the causes in traditional vocational education.The paper attempts to seek out a solution to the problem,a new talents cultivating mode--working and learning combination which can improve the students＇professional ability and the need for the talents in higher vocational colleges.
