浅谈宽严相济刑事政策下对逮捕条件的认识与把握

On Arresting Conditions from Perspective of Temper Justice with Mercy

围绕落实宽严相济的刑事司法政策,逮捕措施的合理使用具有特殊的重要意义。实践表明,在逮捕条件及对逮捕措施的把握上尚有不足。文章分析了问题存在的原因并提出了相应的对策。

This article discusses implementation of criminal policy of temper justice with mercy,which is critical to justly take arresting measures.Based on some lacks of knowledge for arresting conditions and measures,the author analyzes the causes and puts forward the solutions.
