“学习引导”为导向的民办高校学生工作模式——以广东培正学院应用心理学专业学生工作为例

摘要 结合民办高校学生自我意识强,个性张扬,兴趣爱好广泛,学习热情不够,目标远大,但"文凭自卑感"较明显等特点,广东培正学院应用心理学专业的学生工作,把落脚点放在"学习引导"上,通过多种方式,培养学生的学习兴趣,树立正确的学习目标,变"被动学习"为"主动学习",把"活力"用在学业相关的第二课堂活动上,通过第二课堂促进第一课堂,提高学生专业知识的应用能力,让学生发展成复合型、应用型、外向型的专门人才。 Private college students have outstanding characteristics such as strong self-consciousness, striking personality, extensive interests and hobbies, insufficient learning passion, ambitiousness but with a sense of self-contempt for their diplomas. Associating with the aforementioned characteristics, the student affairs of the Applied Psychology at Guangdong Peizheng College shifts the focus on The Mode of Student Affairs at Private Higher Education Institutions Oriented by the Learning Guidance. so as to use various methods to cultivate students' learning interests, set right learning objectives, transfer passive learning to active learning, and use the energy to the learning-related extracurricular activities which benefit the in-class learning. Thus, students' practical ability of professional knowledge is increased, which develops students to complex, applied and international-oriented professional talents.
