Teaching management information system （TMIS） is of great importance to the management and development of higher education institutions. The article briefly analyses the current situation and significance of the TMIS construction, and then introduces the basic information of the TMIS of Guangdong Peizheng College, and briefly discusses the design and implementation of credit system-based TMIS.
