高校乒乓球队应用“数字化”训练的研究

Research on the Application of Digitalized Training for Table Tennis Team at Higher Education Institutions

运用文献资料、对比实验、比赛统计等方法,对＂数字化＂训练在普通高校乒乓球队应用进行探讨和研究,结果表明＂数字化＂训练应用于高校乒乓球队,能够在短时间内恢复和提高队员水平,并且操作过程简单易行。

Using literature review, contrastive experiment, and game statistics methods, this paper explores the application of digitalized training for table tennis team at regular colleges and universities. The Result shows that the digitalized training helps restore and raise the level of players in a short period of time. Also, the operating procedures are rather simple.
