Study on Faculty Development in Independent Institute

师资队伍建设是提高独立学院人才培养质量的关健。独立学院的迅速发展,对师资队伍建设提出了更高的要求。本文分析了独立学院师资队伍现状,并结合我院实际,初步探讨了新形势下师资队伍建设的措施。

Faculty development is the key factor for improving quality of personnel training in independent institutes. With the development of independent institutes,the demands of faculty will be met with higher standard. This paper analyzes the situation of faculty in independent institutes and suggests the solutions to the improvement.
