摘要
本文设计了一种用于液位控制的积分分离PID控制器,并通过在Matlab环境中仿真实现,该方法一方面可以消除传统PID控制器运算过程中的积分积累,避免系统出现较大的超调和不稳定;另一方面也可充分利用积分控制消除静态误差,提高控制精度。本文通过在液位控制系统的运用验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。
This paper discusses the design of a kind of integral separation PID controller for tank level control,and its application in Matlab emulation. This method can not only eliminate the integral accumulation in the calculation process of the traditional PID controller to avoid greater overshoot and unsteadiness in the system,but also use integral control to eliminate the static error so as to improve the control accuracy. The practicability and validity of this method are validated through the application in tank level control system.
