摘要
顶岗实习教学的优质高效开展离不开考核评价体系的支持。科学合理的解决好分散实习、过程管理、评价方案等现实问题对顶岗实习考评机制的高效运行及良好作用的发挥均能起到较好的促进作用。
Appraisal system supports greatly the conduct of post practice teaching. Using scientific and reasonable methods to solve the practical matters,such as dispersion practice,process management and evaluation program,can promote the effective work of post practice appraisal mechanism.
