摘要
随着经济全球化趋势的深入发展,越来越多的广东民营企业跃跃欲试,准备加入国际化的队列中,它们在长期的实践过程中拥有了国际化经验,并形成了小规模低成本、产业集群和特色产品等优势,但同时也面临着产业资金不足、融资渠道不畅、技术创新能力弱和缺少高素质的经营管理者等发展障碍。对此,本文提出了广东民营企业需在现代企业制度、企业联合发展和吸引外资等方面寻找多途径克服技术创新和人才难题的建议。
With the development of economic globahzation, there is an increasing number of private enterprises in Guangdong that are eager to participate in internationalized operation. During their long term operation, these firms accu- mulated some experiences in handling internationalized business, and formed some of their advantages such as small scale, low cost, industry cluster and products with unique feature. At the same time, however, they face some barriers including capital shortage, incomplete financing channels, low level innovation ability, and lack of high-quality managing personnel. The suggestions to break through the difficulties in modem enterprise system, enterprise united development, foreign capital attraction and seeking for multi-channel to overcome technology innovation and human resource problems
