学报文科论文摘要、关键词存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Abstracts and Keywords Editing in Liberal Arts Papers of Academic Journals

目前高校学报文科论文的摘要及关键词存在较多的不规范现象,摘要编写方面存在的主要问题有：选择摘要的类型不当、重复题目中已有信息、摘要过简、摘要内容与论文内容错位等;关键词标引方面存在的主要问题有：选择泛意词、关键词漏选、关键词数量过少、关键词排列顺序不规则等。产生这些问题主要有两方面的原因：其一,论文作者对摘要及关键词的作用功能认识不足,缺乏这方面的知识;其二,学报编辑对摘要、关键词审读不细、把关不严。应提高作者对规范摘要、关键词重要性的认识,加强摘要编写、关键词标引知识的宣传和普及,提高编辑的业务素质。

Currently, non-standards and abstracts and keywords of liberal arts papers in higher education institutions still exist.The main problems of abstract writing are：inappropriate selection of types, information repetition to the title, overbrief, and inconformity with the content.The main problems with keywords editing are：first, the author＇s recognition to the function of abstracts and keywords is inadequate;second, proofreading by journal editors＇ of abstracts and keywords is not careful.Recognition to the importance of abstract and keywords＇ standardization should be improved, and the promotion and popularization of abstract and keywords editing knowledge should be strengthened so as to improve professional editing quality.
