On Empathy between Teachers and Students in HEIs’ Ideological and Political Theories Teaching

在高校思想政治理论课教学中,师生间情感的沟通和培养有着非常重要的作用,因此,在教学过程中重视教师的角色效应、强化学生的情感体验,促进师生间的情感交流,以及加强政治课堂的情绪驾驭等,对提高高校思想政治理论课的实效具有重要意义。

It is very important for the teachers and students to share their feelings, and nurture harmonious empathy. The role effect of teachers should be stressed to strengthen and respect students＇ emotion experience so as to reinforce students and teachers exchange in their feelings. Facilitating and controlling this exchange of feelings and emotion between students and teachers are of great importance to the effect of ideological and political courses.
