Dynamic Efficiency:Theoretical and Empirical Research

动态效率是经济增长理论研究的中心课题之一,不同的学者提出不同的方法对经济体运行的动态效率进行分析和评估。本文在加入分权式政府作用的理论基础上,对AMSZ准则进行修正,并利用修正AMSZ准则,对河南省经济的动态效率进行分析。本文研究结果表明河南省经济是动态有效的,并以此推断河南经济的高投资率是合理的,而且是可持续的。

The issue of dynamic efficiency is one of the central issues of the theoretical research of economic growth. Different scholars offer different approaches to analyze and assess the dynamic efficiency of the running of economic system. Based on the theory of the decentralized government function, this article revises the guidelines for AMSZ, and uses AMSZ revised guidelines to analyze the dynamic efficiency for the economy of Henan Province. The research shows that the economy in Henan Province is dynamic and effective, and the conclusion is that the high rates of investment in Henan＇s economy is reasonable and sustainable.
