Inventory management is an very important part of enterprise asset management,but only to optimize the inventory management of a single enterprise make it difficult to satisfy the global trend of economic development. Based on the supply chain,companies must unite the supply chain partners to consider comprehensive inventory coordination cross-enterprise. This thesis mainly discusses the existing problems of inventory management and the countermeasures based on the supply chain.
