摘要
管理理论丛林是管理理论纵向演进和横向发展的结果。系统学派、过程学派等管理学派在管理理论体系的整合上进行了探索,过程学派也取得了一定的成就。但管理丛林现象尤存。管理者面临的任务及环境、解决问题的视角、研究的方法和价值取向等方面的不同是产生管理丛林现象的深层原因。管理学本质上的特征决定了它与其他学科的不同之处,管理学理论不能被整合为一个严密的知识体系,应当尊重管理理论的多样性。
Management theory jungle phenomenon is the outcome of the vertical evolution and horizonal develop- ment of management theories. Management schools such as system school and process school have made explorations based on the integration of rnanagement theory system, and process school has obtained some achievements. However management jungle phenomenon still exists. The in-depth reason for management jungle phenomenon is due to the differences of managers'tasks and environment, research methods and value orientations, perspective of problem-solving etc. The essence of management determines the particularity from other subjects. Various kinds of management theories cannot be integrated into a rigorous knowledge system. The diversity of management thoeries, instead, should be respected.
