摘要
在劳动法学中,劳动者民主参与权是随着社会化大生产的发展而逐步加入到劳动权的权利谱系中的。劳动者民主参与权的行使是保障劳动者个体劳动权的基础,也是构建和谐劳动关系的关键。劳动者的民主参与权的出现有其深刻的现实来源与理论基础。因此,有必要在立法上通过赋予劳动者民主参与权并制定相应法律制度来保障该权利的行使。
In labor law, the laborer democratic participation right comes into the right system graduallyalong with the development of large-scale social production. The exercise of laborer democratic participationright is not only the basis of protecting the individual worker's right but also the key to build harmonious laborrelationship. And its appearance has deep theoretical base and profound realistic needs. So, it is necessary toendow the democratic participation right to the laborer and make relevant law to ensure the democratic manage-ment rights exertion.
