高职酒店专业实训课教学探讨

Discussion on Fieldwork Teaching of Hotel Management Program in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职教育中,培养学生的职业技能是核心工作,实训课是学生形成职业技能的重要环节。采用什么方法上好实训课,使学生成为应用型、技能型人才,是职业教育教师不断探索的课题。要上好高职酒店专业实训课,应采用多种教学方法,充分利用酒店作为第二课堂,把实训与考证相结合,充分调动学生的积极性,使学生毕业时成为持有"双证"的服务酒店的应用型、技能型人才。

In higher vocational education,the core is to develop the students＇ professional skills,and the fieldwork is the important part for the students to master professional skill.The research project is how to teach fieldwork to cultivate the students to be talents with applied ability skills.This paper discusses methods of fieldwork teaching in hotel management program.
