摘要
本文通过食品检验专业教学中应用"行动导向教学法"的一个教学案例,即制订乳品厂品质控制实验室的仪器和药品设备采购方案,阐述了行动教学法教学设计的四个要点,即以学生为主体、行动与兴趣相关、经验与情境相关、能力目标评价外显;总结了行动导向教学法给高等职业教育课程教学带来了学生学习兴趣、学生获取知识的方式、学生能力的结构、教师的角色等四个方面的变化。
This paper applies action-oriented methodology as a teaching case in the food inspection program which involves the teaching design with four important aspects. Finally,the paper summarizes the changes the method brought to higher vocational education,namely,students' interest in learning,the way to gain knowledge,ability elements of students and the teachers' role.
