摘要
企业内部控制应强化政府部门的引领作用;强化外部监督,完善约束机制;落脚点应是加强企业内部控制环境的建设。
This paper discusses the solutions to internal control system of enterprises which involve the guidance of the government,enhancement of the external monitoring,improvement of restriction mechanism and establishment of internal control environment of enterprises.
