高锰酸钾预处理去除饮用水中微量铅效能研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用静态试验研究了高锰酸钾预处理对水中微量铅的去除作用。高锰酸钾在反应过程中形成的新生态水合二氧化锰的吸附作用是取得良好除铅效果的主要因素。研究发现,高锰酸钾预处理在较宽的pH值范围内对水中Pb(Ⅱ)都具有良好的去除效果,优于单独硫酸铝对Pb(Ⅱ)的去除。在酸性条件下,与单纯硫酸铝混凝相比,高锰酸钾的除铅优势更加明显,如 pH=4.1时,高锰酸钾预处理的除铅效果高于单独硫酸铝处理3倍以上。对比试验表明,新生态水合二氧化锰较二氧化锰固体粉末有更好的除铅作用。 A static test was conducted to evaluate the effect of potassium permanganate pretreatment on the removal of trace lead (Pb(Ⅱ ) ) from the water. The removal of Pb(Ⅱ ) pretreated with permanganate tv'as due to the adsorption of Pb(Ⅱ ) by fresh hydrous manganese dioxide formed after the decomposition of potassium permanganate. It is found that pretreatment with potassium permanganate causes an excellent removal of Pb(Ⅱ ) at a relatively wide pH range, the removal of Pb(Ⅱ ) was higher than that treated with aluminium sulfate only. Obvious advantage of potassium permanganate pretreatment was observed as compared to aluminium sulfate coagulation in acid condition. For example, the removal efficiency of Pb(Ⅱ ) pretreated with potassium permanganate was 3 times higher than that treated with aluminium sulfate when pH = 4. 1. Hydrous manganese dioxide has more capability on the removal of Pb(Ⅱ ) than powdered manganese dioxide.
