摘要
以此估计车辆静荷载的一种系统。任何车辆动荷载测量均受车辆振动的影响。动载测量系统测得的动荷载仅仅是动荷载时间或距离历程的一个点,这一动载与相应的静载之间的差异取决于测点的位置、路面平整度、车辆行驶速度和被测车辆的类型。采用模拟计算技术对车辆以不同速度,在不同平整度状况的路面上行驶时的动荷载进行了模拟计算。车辆荷载测量对路面平整度的要求主要取决于对所测荷载测量精度的要求和被测车辆的行驶速度。通过模拟计算给出了不同路面平整度状况和不同车速条件下,动载与静载之间的可能偏差或车辆振动对荷载测量的影响。
The accuracy of any WIM(Weigh - in - Motion) measurement which is set up on the pavement for measuring the vehicles' dynamic loads is affected by vehicle dynamics. The load measured by a WIM sensor is only one point in the time - varying dynamic load. The difference between the dynamic and the static loads depends on the load position on the pavement, pavement roughness, the vehicle speed and configuration. A simulation of the dynamic wheel load was made for Weigh - in - Motion. The requirement for the pavement roughness condition for WIM purposes was found to depend on the required tolerances of the load estimated by the WIM system and the vehicle speed. The possible deviations of the dynamic loads from the reference static load under different vehicle speeds and pavement roughness have been obtained from the simulation results.
