摘要
介绍了京哈公路微机收费及监控系统的总体设计。该系统由计算机局域网进行收费、收费统计。摄像系统进行收费监视，红外线系统进行记数。另外，设有逃免费车辆拍尾部照片系统，对逃费车辆实时拍照在国内尚属首次。本文只是总体设计，不包括各部分软、硬件的具体设计。
This paper introduces the computer system used on Jing-Ha road for collecting road bills and keeping watch on it. The paper dectibes main method of designing the computer system. The computer system was built in 1994, and it runs normal until now.
