摘要
本文从区域可持续发展系统的协调机理出发 ,引入行为矩阵的概念 ,应用系统工程方法 ,试图模拟政策驱动下的区域可持续发展系统演化过程 ,并用静态协调度和动态协调度指标对区域可持续发展复合系统现状和演化进行评价 ,为区域发展提供决策支持 .
An a ttempt is made to simulate the evolution course of regional sustainable development system based on the policy driving.The article begins with the coordination mechanism of the regional sustainable development system, imports the conception of action array and applies the way of system engineering.The paper appraises both the present and the future systems with the coordination index of static state as well as of dynamic state to support regional development policy decision.
