摘要
本文研究了同轴波导型毫米波振荡器中从有源器件向外部看去的外电路阻抗计算及在射频段满足宽带短路特性的偏置滤波器的优化设计,并给出了Ka和Q波段宽带机械调谐振荡器的研制结果.
In this paper, the external circuit impedance seen outside from the active device in a millimeter wave oscillator configuration is oaleulated, and the coaxial line bias filter is optimally designed. Based on that,Ka-band and Q-band mechanically tunable broad-band oscillators are developed.
