Based on the concrete practice and the contrast which the author has experienced in the general contracting of construction projects,this paper elaborates the advantages of construction general contracting,Probes into a variety of modes of construction general contracting and the necessity of the establishment of the general contracting and sub-contracting system,and puts forwards the approaches for the development of general contracting enterprises.
